What is your policy on returns and exchanges for Dried Figs?

Goods can be returned if they are in original packaging (unopened) within 15 days of receipt, supported by proof of purchase. Goods can be returned after they are opened if the best before date has passed or the quality is not to standard. A full refund will be given if the above conditions are met but only after the stock arrives back in our warehouse.

Are there any additives or preservatives in your products?

There are no additives in any of our spice, nut or fruit products. Coconut milk in cans use Guar Gum or Carrageenan. Our Coconut milk comes in aseptic bags that have no additives. No artificial colours in any of our products.

Gourmy brand products are packed in glass or plastic jars/ grinders and then packed in a master carton. Goods are stored in 3^rd party warehouses under ambient conditions.
